How to synchronize personal app settings between two devices

Say "a laptop" and "a tablet".

I wanted the "Radio+" app from my Windows 8.1 laptop to show the same (13 manually added) radio stations.

Copy the app's user data from the "C:\Users\boossy\AppData\Local\Packages\..." folder from the source device and copy it to the same location on the destination device.
