• From the start page, enter 'Foswiki' in the Search or jump to... box.
• Click on foswiki/distro
• Click on Fork (a new fork will be created, or your existing fork will be opened)
• Click on the Go to file button
• Type nl.po
• Choose the file you want to edit - if it's not from a plugin, but the nl.po in the locale root, choose core/locale/nl.po
• click on the pencil (Edit this file)
• press Ctrl+F - if the browser's find bar is opened, then click in the file's text and press Ctrl+F again - below <> Edit file, Search: appears
• search the text string you want to add/modify
• add/modify the string
• scroll to the bottom and click on Commit changes
