Bulk Rename Utility

Deze tool kan ook voor andere hernoemacties worden gebruikt, maar ik gebruik hem om foto's te hernoemen naar de datum toen ze werden gemaakt.

Je kunt er bij installatie voor kiezen om de tool toe te voegen aan het contextmenu.

Als de tool geopend is, kun je bij de file selector rechts door rechts te klikken op de kolomheaders de kolom Taken (Original) toevoegen.

Het is mogelijk dat in de kolom zelf dan verschijnt Set menu option to extract EXIF data:

• Renaming Options > ID3 / Exif Data / File Properties > Extract Exif Data (Photos)
• F5 om te refreshen (je fileselectie is dan wel naar de kleurpotloden)

Tot zover the easy part.

Now, the actual renaming: example: DSC_0014.JPG => IMG-20181228-0014.jpg

Remove	From	5
	to	8
Auto Date	Mode	Suffix
	Type	Taken (Original)
	Fmt	YMD
	Cent.
Numbering	Mode	Suffix
	Start	14
	Pad	4

Extension		Lower

Now you can save these settings in a Bulk Rename Utility Favourites file (.bru).
