• kijk met sizes.php of er in /var/tmp grote bestanden staan, genre GTTemp########
• is dat het geval, dan kun je ze via fileman.cgi verwijderen:
  • command
  • rm /var/tmp/GTTemp*

Those files are generated by Fileman. If someone uploads or extracts a zipfile, those temporary files are created. If the upload or extraction fails, then the file remains after the Fileman session closes.

Bij HostingSquad staan diezelfde files netjes in ~/cgi-bin/private/tmp.

Upgrade-bestanden

• pydio: .../pydio/data/tmp/update/pydio-core-upgrade-....zip
• upgrades van pydio nemen algauw meer dan 100 MB in beslag (> 30 MB voor de zip, > 80 MB voor de uitgepakte versie!) - dus, bezint eer ge begint!!!

Keuzehulp

waar op letten in de toekomst:

• bij voorkeur 5GB ruimte
• SSL-certificaat (prijs per jaar?)

In shared hosting vind je dat bijna niet, dan moet je bijna kiezen voor een VPS, maar dat is natuurlijk een andere prijsklasse. Ik vond wel twee aanbieders die het wel in shared hosting doen, HostingSquad (Nederland, Wouw) en Websterz (Pakistan) - sorry, één, HostingSquad, want Websterz biedt geen SSH-toegang.
